Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your payment. Shipping time can be affected by factors like large orders (over 500 lbs.), backordered product, or multiple shipping points. We will keep you notified of factors that could affect the shipping time of your order and one of our representatives will contact you in order to coordinate shipping.
Returns
OCSurplus.com accepts returns on orders within seven days after you receive your product. You must contact our representatives within this time frame to start your return. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Be sure to check your products when you receive them to verify that everything in your order is correct and that there has been no damage during the shipping process.
